The website Wolfram Alpha provides information on a wide variety of topics.  The site continues to grow every day as new topics are added.  (Science, Technology, Culture, Statistics, Linguistics, Mathematics, History, Geography, Pop Culture... The list of topics is very lengthy!)  Wolfram Alpha is also available as an app.

UDL Tech Toolkit

Recently, I discovered a wiki page that outlines strategies to incorporate technology into the classroom using the Universal Design for Learning program.  It provides educators with a variety of links to access literacy tools, math tools, graphic organizers, and so much more!  It is definitely worth taking a moment to check this site out:  UDL Tech Tools.
